Alyaba Company Inc, doing business as Nata Nails (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website natanails.art (the “Site”) and provides nail care services at our studio located at 4701 Von Karman Ave, Suite 200A, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using our Site or booking an appointment, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
- Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- First name, last name, phone number, and email address when you book an appointment, submit a contact form, call us, or fill out a lead form through our website or advertising platforms
- Payment information when you pay for services. Card payments are processed securely through Square — we do not store your full credit card number. We also accept payments via Zelle. When you pay through Square, your payment data is handled according to Square’s privacy policy (https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy). When you pay via Zelle, your bank handles the transaction — we only receive your name and payment confirmation.
- Health-related information you voluntarily share before a medical pedicure or other service (e.g., diabetes, allergies, medications, skin conditions)
- Photos of your nails or feet that you share with us for service planning purposes
- Any other information you choose to provide in messages, forms, or conversations
- Messages and conversations you send us through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messages — including your name, profile information, and message content. These conversations are governed by Meta’s privacy policy in addition to ours.
Information collected through marketing communications:
- If you subscribe to or receive our email or SMS marketing communications (sent through Square Marketing, email marketing platforms, or other tools), we collect your email address, phone number, name, and engagement data (e.g., whether you opened an email, clicked a link, or unsubscribed).
- We may use Square Marketing to send promotional emails, receipts, loyalty program updates, or appointment reminders. Square processes this data according to their privacy policy: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy
- You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not affect appointment-related communications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations).
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Pages visited, time spent on site, referral source
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
Information collected through advertising platforms:
- We run advertisements on Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, and Yelp. These platforms use tracking technologies (pixels, cookies, and similar tools) on our Site to measure ad performance, build audiences, and deliver targeted ads.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Collects data about your activity on our Site — pages visited, actions taken (e.g., booking an appointment, submitting a form) — and shares it with Meta to optimize our ads and create targeted audiences. This may include your IP address, browser information, and on-site behavior.
- Google Ads (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager): Collects data about how you found our Site, pages visited, conversions (e.g., form submissions, calls), and shares it with Google to measure and optimize our advertising campaigns.
- Yelp Ads: If you reach our Site through a Yelp ad or listing, Yelp may track your interaction and share performance data with us.
- These third-party platforms may combine the data collected on our Site with information from your accounts on their platforms to deliver personalized advertising. We do not control how these platforms use your data beyond what they collect on our behalf. Please review their privacy policies:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Yelp: https://www.yelp.com/tos/privacy_policy
Information from third parties:
- If you book through a third-party platform (e.g., Yelp, Google, Booksy), we may receive your name, phone number, email address, and appointment details from that platform
- Lead form submissions through Facebook Ads or Google Ads may provide us with your name, phone number, and email address
- Google Analytics data about site usage patterns

- Comply with legal obligations
Regarding health information: Any health-related information you share with us is used solely to ensure safe and appropriate service delivery. For example, if you inform us of a diabetic condition before a medical pedicure, we use this information to adapt our approach and ensure your safety. We do not share health information with third parties except as required by law.
- How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
We may share your information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business (appointment scheduling software, email/SMS communication tools, website hosting, CRM systems). These providers only access information necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect it.
- Payment processors — Square processes your card payments and may store payment data, send digital receipts, and facilitate marketing communications on our behalf. Zelle transactions are processed through your bank — we do not receive or store your banking details. See Square’s privacy policy: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy
- Communication platforms — when you message us through Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM, your messages are processed by Meta. Meta may use data from these interactions according to their privacy policy.
- Marketing tools — we may use Square Marketing or other email/SMS platforms to send you promotional communications, receipts, or appointment reminders. These platforms process your name, email, and phone number to deliver messages on our behalf.
- Advertising platforms — we share data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Yelp through pixels and tracking technologies installed on our Site. This data is used to measure ad performance, optimize campaigns, and build targeted audiences. Under CCPA, this may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 6 for your opt-out rights.
- Legal authorities if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, sale, or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of the business assets.
- Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain client records, and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

- Essential cookies — necessary for the site to function (e.g., session management, security)
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources)
- Advertising & tracking cookies/pixels:

- Google remarketing cookies — allow us to show ads to people who have previously visited our Site as they browse other websites and Google properties
- Yelp tracking — may track interactions from Yelp ads and listings
- Third-party cookies — from embedded content (e.g., Instagram feed, Google Maps, YouTube videos)
